There are many aspects of the site which can be viewed without providing Personal Information or Personal Data; however, when making bookings and/or filling in the contact us form you are required to submit Personally Identifiable Information (PII), or Personal Data. This may include but is not limited to providing sensitive information in order for Supercab Chauffeur to carry out the requested service. By providing us this information this passes as implied consent to the collection of this Personal Information or Personal Data.

We may occasionally hire other companies to provide services on our behalf, including but not limited to promotional activities, processing bookings or customer service queries. Those companies will be permitted to obtain only the Personal Information or Personal Data they need to deliver the service on our behalf. In regard to data that may be held for EU members, we also adhere to the guidelines set in GDPR for data breach notifications.

You have a right to access your Personal Information or Personal Data, subject to exceptions allowed by law. If you would like to do so, please let us know. You may be required to put your request in writing for security reasons. Supercab Chauffeur reserves the right to charge a fee for searching for, and providing access to, your information on a per request basis.
